Kunoor Chopra, Esq.
President and CEO
Kunoor Chopra is a highly experienced, U.S. attorney licensed in California and a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She was born in Los Angeles, California and admitted to practice in California in 1998. Kunoor is also admitted before the United State District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern districts of California.
Kunoor was an associate attorney with the international law firm of Fulbright and Jaworski L.L.P. and with formerly named Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott L.L.P. Kunoor has litigated numerous multimillion dollar cases. While she was preparing these cases for trial she realized the importance of having reliable and cost effective legal support available to law firms and their clients. It was with this in mind that she formed LawScribe in 2004 with the vision of being recognized as the global leader in Legal Process Outsourcing.
Kunoor is a professional member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and Chairperson of the Delhi Chapter. She is a founding member of the editorial board of the Legal Process Outsourcing Network and is on the editorial board of The Outsourcer. She is on the Board of Governors for the Organization of Legal Professionals. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, The Indus Entrepreneurs, Women in E-Discovery, Asian Women Entrepreneurs, Minority Corporate Counsel Association, California Minority Counsel Program, Association of Corporate Counsel, and the South Asian Bar Association. She has had a variety of articles published on Outsourcing and the Legal Profession and has been interviewed by the press as an authority in the field of Offshore Legal Process Outsourcing. Kunoor is also a recognized speaker both in the United States and abroad in the field of Legal Process Outsourcing and has been invited to speak at conferences including Legal Tech in Los Angeles and New York, International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, University of California Berkley, ALM Legal Outsourcing Conferences and Association of Legal Administrators.
Kunoor travels to LawScribe’s India office at least 5-6 times per year to ensure that the highest standards are continuously maintained.
Anthony J. DeJohn, Esq.
Director of Operations and VP of Intellectual Property
Anthony DeJohn is a U.S. attorney licensed in California and a graduate of DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. In his capacity as LawScribe’s Director of Operations, Anthony oversees all functions and workflow of the company, provides support for LawScribe’s attorneys and patent analysts, and is the domestic point of contact for LawScribe’s existing clients. He is also responsible for new project development and is the head of LawScribe’s Intellectual Property Division.
Anthony developed hands-on, practical experience with document review projects while working with one of California’s largest law firms. He also participated in large-scale multi-million document review projects for several of the nation’s largest corporations. Anthony is a professional member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals. He has participated in International Intellectual Property and Antitrust forums at the Beijing Foreign Studies University, where he studied international intellectual property law. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Missouri.
Gary M. Zeiss, Esq.
VP of Corporate Transactional Group
Gary Zeiss is a California attorney with substantial Fortune 100 experience in procurement and contracting matters, including playing an instrumental role in the implementation of a contract management system for a Fortune 100 corporation.
He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex technology and outsourcing transactions in a broad range of industries, including insurance, health care, consumer products, industrial services, computer services and telecommunications.
He has assisted clients in outsourcing almost every information technology function, as well as many business processes, including procurement, claims processing, records management and call center operations. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent 18 years working as a consultant in the computer and information technology industries.
